Terms and conditions

Thank you for considering our pet relocation services. By accepting and confirming a quotation for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Quotation acceptance and confirmation: To accept and confirm a quotation, you must email a completed and signed copy of the quotation to us along with a 20% deposit. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services.

  2. Quotation validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  3. Payment: The balance payment for the services must be made at least seven (7) working days prior to the pet's departure. If the balance payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and forfeit the deposit.

  4. Events beyond our control: We cannot be held responsible for airline delays, cancellations of flights, incorrect routing by airlines, changing of aircraft type or available capacity by airlines, or loss of veterinary documents by airlines. Any additional charges for kenneling and extra trips to the airport will be the responsibility of the client.

  5. Cancellation: If you cancel the accepted quotation, you will be liable to pay all expenses incurred and at least 20% of our professional fees.

  6. Notice period: We require at least five (5) weeks' notice to prepare the pet for exportation and a minimum of 14 days to complete international flight bookings.

  7. Size and weight: The quotation or estimate is based on the size and weight of the pet or the dimensions of the travel container provided by you. Airfreight and container charges are based on this information. If there is an increase in the size of the pet or travel container due to the container being too small (as per the IATA Live Animal Regulations), any additional freight charges and the purchase of a new container and accessories will be the responsibility of the client.

  8. Pandemic-related changes: During this pandemic, the airline may increase their cost. The airline cost will be confirmed once the flight is confirmed. The earliest that the airline is able to confirm the flight is 10 days prior to departure. If the airline cost does not increase, you will pay the original quote price. If the airline cost increases, you will be notified before we collect your pet(s) from your residence.

  9. Government and overseas charges: Government and overseas charges are subject to change at the discretion of the relevant department, authorities, or agents without prior notice.

  10. Payment and acceptance from the airline: The pet will be uplifted upon receipt of full payment and the confirmation of acceptance from the airline.

  11. Limitation of liability: We will not be held responsible for loss, death, illness, injury, or accident due to any cause unless it was caused by our gross negligence. We will also not be held responsible for matters not within our control, such as airline delays, changes of aircrafts, or the loss of veterinary documents by airlines or their agents. Any additional charges for kenneling and extra trips will be the responsibility of the client.

  12. Tranquillizers and sedatives: If tranquillizers or sedatives are needed or specifically requested, they must be arranged, prescribed, and issued by your own veterinarian. We will not be held responsible for over dosage, any side effects, or death due to tranquillizers or sedatives being administered.

  13. Loss or damage to personal property: We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to toys, accessories, or other personal property during travel.

  14. Hours of operation: All service charges quoted are based on our normal hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5: 00 pm. Additional charges will apply for services outside of these hours and on public holidays.
